For someone who always travels with at least 2 checked bags + a computer + + +, this is going to be a huge challenge. I need one bag for face products alone! Never thought I was so high maintenance! Found a catelog "Magellan" that has travel clothes to include disposable underwear. Can't believe I figured out how to link it to our blog. http://www.magellans.com/
Suspect that makeup is not required, thank goodness but don't know about anything else especially sunscreen for those of us fair souls. Certainly don't want it to serve as an attraction to lions and tigers and ....
While Faith is the planner extraordinaire, I am a worrier! Anyone else in my corner?

I draw the line at disposable underwear...!!! As a "nun" (I am actually a "sister" and can explain the difference to anyone interested!)I travel REALLY light in the make-up department! That being said, I am also wondering a bit on how I can pack for three weeks in a carry-on. Gladly welcome tips from Faith, et. al. who have done this before!
I thought it was a little wild at first but you get 5 for $11 whereas the "lightweight, breathable, stretchy and anti-microbial, silky-soft, quick-dry ones are $14.50 a pair! Perhaps there is something in-between. I am checking into creating tabs on the site that can be organized by topic E.g. Packing, etc.
Packing is not hard. Bring one week's worth of clothes and plan on washing them once or twice while we are there. Any spot where we stay 2 consecutive nights usually works for laundry. It will be hot so your clothes will be small and easy to pack (unlike winter trips which involve big, bulky clothes). So 7 t shirts, 7 shorts, a bathing suit, 1 long sleeved shirt, a pretty dress for dinner, your walking shoes, a pair of sandals, a hat for the sun and a night shirt. Then toiletries, medications, camera, reading material, flashlight, alarm clock, sunscreen. They will supply plenty of bug spray. More later...
On the Vietnam trip Miz Faith MADE me do it with a carry-on and I survived! Washed underwear and anywhere we were two days, had clothes washed through hotel...did that twice. It was her birthday and I even carried presents, candles and balloons. I also carried a flat, empty, sqashable,
zippered bag to bring things back-lots of stuff to buy.
